Aerial Yoga Class

Aerial Yoga combines the benefits of traditional Yoga with the unique training of aerial arts. It takes Yoga "off the floor" utilizing a silk hammock or swing. We take traditional Yoga posses and incorporate the silk hammock to allow you to stretch and work deeper to strengthen your body. You may find yourself feeling like a kid again as some movements allow you to swing and turn upside down or invert. The inversion poses allow your spine to stretch and decompress. You will find yourself deeply stretched and your body better aligned. In some poses you will be able to find "complete relaxation: or "cocooning" as you are fully suspended in air and completely supported by the hammocks. We offer Aerial Yoga in a class setting, Personal Training, and Semi Private Sessions.

"What to wear" and "What not to wear"

  • Please wear a sleeved shirt and pants covering your knees.
  • Clothing must be "zipper free"!
  • Please remove all jewelry and hair clips.

** Zippers, Jewelry, and Hair Clips can snag and damage the silk hammocks.
